Erzurum is a city located in eastern Turkey. Its history dates back to the Seljuk and Ottoman periods and therefore has a rich cultural heritage.

    Ulu Mosque: Built in the 12th century, the Grand Mosque is one of the largest mosques in Erzurum and reflects the Seljuk architecture of the period.
    Erzurum Castle: Erzurum Castle is one of the oldest buildings in the city and was historically used for defense purposes.
    Palandoken Mountain: Palandöken Mountain is a popular destination for winter sports. You can also enjoy activities such as hiking and mountain biking in the summer months.
Erzurum is also known for its unique flavors. Some of these are as follows:
    Cağ Kebab: Cağ Kebab, which is unique to Erzurum, is prepared by stringing meat on skewers and cooking it in the embers.
    Erzurum Tandoori: It is a dish served with lamb meat, potatoes, onions and peppers cooked in a tandoor.
    Murtuğa: A type of pita made with a mixture of mushrooms, cheese and dough.
    Ayran Aşı: A type of soup made with a mixture of yogurt, flour and water.
