eanliness you expect with aesthetically-decorated sitting rooms, bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens, courtyards, terraces and gardens with hilltop views of the town, the spacious valley, and the mountains beyond. Restaurants and shops in Ürgüp are within walking distance.

Kaya Evler's owner, Mr Süha Ersöz, worked as a tourism volunteer in Cappadocia after university. In 1987, he bought an abandoned traditional stone house in Esbelli, at the top of the ridge overlooking Ürgüp. Some of the house's cave rooms dated from the 3rd and 4th centuries, so he studied the local history and architecture to ensure that his restoration of the house would stay true to local traditions. He trained local stone masons and artisans in historic preservation, decorated the rooms simply and authentically, equipped them with all modern comforts, and delighted thousands of guests for many years.

Over the decades that Esbelli Evi offered hospitality as a top-quality Cappadocian inn, Süha acquired and carefully restored many of the neighboring cave-room houses and added them to his collection for the pleasure of his guests. His works of art are now yours to enjoy as your comfortable home in Cappadocia.

-Parking space for guests' vehicles is close to each house entrance.

-Each of our houses has a private terrace, courtyard or garden. Families can spend their holidays happily without approaching others.

-The kitchen of each house is fully equipped for meal preparation.

-Tables and seating for dining are present in the terrace, courtyard or garden of each house.

-Each house is cleaned and sanitized by our trained staff using the most effective cleaning methods.

-New guests are admitted to a house only after cleaning and a minimum 48 hours' ventilation.
