We went to Simlarda for breakfast. The catfish and rose jam were delicious.

Even though we are originally from Ayvalık, we heard the praise of its breakfast and arranged a night's stay to experience the ambiance. The environment is natural life, the decorations are pleasant, the rooms are furnished at a low cost to suit the environment, do not have too high expectations, natural life is already in concept. Unfortunately, they could not turn the fact that they had previous owners from a hotel management culture into an advantage. Good management is essential for a business to have a high-low season. If everything is left to a young girl at the reception, such a beautiful place will naturally go bankrupt after a few seasons. After checking in to the hotel, we went to our room, got dressed and went to the pool. We encountered the sight of 5-6 men, who were not customers of the hotel, entered the pool without even their swimsuits and were jumping into the pool without even their swimsuits. Naturally, we had to turn back and go to the reception. The gentleman, who we thought was the owner-manager of the hotel, continued eating his meal instead of asking or intervening in response to our uneasiness, and we could only say bon appetit. The girl at the reception somehow warned the people and took them out of the pool. The situation was tragicomic. It is incomprehensible to build such a farm and not appoint an administrative manager, to be so indifferent to what comes and goes. Despite this situation, we stay so that we can see tomorrow's breakfast, so as not to spoil the day by spoiling the fun. Let's see what surprises we will encounter tomorrow.
