🌿 I'm in a special hotel in Bodrum/Yalıkavak, hidden deep like an artichoke, with an endless blue in front of it: Birdcage 33

The most valuable word here is "pleasure". Birdcage 33 was born from the meeting of calmness and a refined attitude in the most enjoyable way.

As soon as I enter, it impresses me with its Minamalist-inspired design; from the reception to the pool, from the rooms to the restaurant...It is like a beautiful portrait dedicated to rushing slowly... Festina lente...

The rooms are the kind of rooms that love time, that time loves. I'm staying in Denizli, in a sunny room with a lush green garden.

The pool on the terrace, which suits the simple demeanor of the hotel very well, is located in the view of Yalikavak. Until the sunset is complete, there is a feast, then a feast, then another feast...

In this magical place, Birdcage 33, there are elegant, intellectual people in charge. They make the place known with the events they organize, concerts🎷, pop up🍾 menus. One of the highest level of cultural investments is the piano recitals given by their chef Umut. In the kitchen, their chef is also a master of his craft: at Birdcage 33, they create dishes that smell of nature and labor.

The star of the breakfast is honey lavender puff pastry on a bed of buffalo cream and Bergama tulum and Aegean herbs!

In the evening, I taste veal tenderloin with anise-flavored black rice and rum-soaked black mulberry sauce from their "Mediterranean Fusion" menu. And when I say "I like classic and tannic wines", a red wine that leaves a strong aroma on the palate with their successful wine cellar goes well with it. In the truest sense of the word: exquisite!
