Ms. Fulya and Mr. Kürşad have meticulously thought of everything and have adopted the principle of meeting everyone's comfort and pleasure at the highest level. Smiling face and friendliness are among the elements that make up @boutiayvalık's identity.
🐶 Pets are welcome, provided that they have food, water bowl and bedding, are alone in the room (except for cats) and are not left unleashed on the premises.

☕️ Fresh tea, coffee and water are free of charge and they serve fresh cakes and pastries every day, every hour. They do not limit the tea time to 17:00.
🍳 First of all, I have to mention the fact that the owner Kürşad Bey is a chef, so you should be ready to be bombarded with flavors for breakfast. Breads made from sourdough, bagels, omelettes made from Aegean herbs, pies, French toast, bruschetta, eggs with potatoes... Greens and vegetables grown in their own garden, delicious jams made from fresh fruits... Not only the cheese varieties are of their own production. Vegan & vegetarian people will be very happy here. You can even buy their homemade jams and sauces. Their caramel sauces, like their other jams and sauces (acuka, dried tomatoes), are made in-house and are the most popular among their guests.

We stayed in this hotel, its location and price/performance were very good, we were very pleased. They served a very nice breakfast every morning with the breads they made with their own hands, jams, tomatoes they grew, and greens. The best boutique hotel to stay in Ayvalık.

We stayed there about 2 years ago with my family in the winter, but his wife cooks amazing fish. My uncle is a fisherman. I wouldn't say as good as him, he makes it a little better. The fish is amazing. It's amazing. It's very strong. I highly recommend it. Especially the tours are amazing. Enjoy your meal.
