It is a nice place, not crowded, ideal for relaxing. It is more suitable for families. We stayed in room 306. There is a problem with the shower cabin. The balcony does not close and the handle is broken. The pool is nice.

In our opinion, it is the best hotel-pension in Riva for those who want to have a getaway in Istanbul. Jacuzzi shower, spacious and clean room, wi-fi and TV are our pluses. Our disadvantages were that the refrigerator did not work and the wi-fi was very slow. We stayed for 1 night already.

We stayed at this hotel with my friend for 2 days during the holiday. We were very pleased with the attention and friendliness of Ms. Özlem at the reception. We also thank him. We stayed in room 210 with jacuzzi. Even though it was the most luxurious room, its window and door handle were broken. The refrigerator broke down. The bathroom light went out. Based on my observations and sensations, I say that everyone encounters the same things in their rooms. The hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible in order not to reduce its status. Also, the glasses, forks, etc. at breakfast were always dirty. Apart from these, you can choose the hotel if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday due to its location.
