I'm in a hotel built from scratch in 2016 by a family that has been involved in tourism since the 80s when Kaş first met its visitors;👨‍🌾 @payamhotel 🧿 Operators Ahmet Ateş & Ahmet Kocaer. A crate of almonds welcomes you at the entrance of the hotel... ❤️‍🔥 The most special and unique things about the hotel; First of all, I can say the location of the hotel. There is no other hotel that is so close to the city center and yet so quiet and calm. (Who knows Kas also knows the importance of parking). There is no other hotel in Kas with as much parking capacity as this one. Last but not least, the rooms and garden with a magnificent sea view offer guests a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Meis. The sunsets are very beautiful depending on the season. 🗝 Premium Room, Corner Premium Room and Deluxe Rooms are the most popular rooms due to their sea view, Jacuzzi and spaciousness. 🍳 We can say that their breakfast is legendary. In addition to vegetables and appetizers for vegetarian guests, they also have fresh and handmade pastries and jams. They also offer Turkish coffee to drink after this wonderful breakfast. 🤎☕🤎 Providing loincloths for the beach every day, free water and soda in the minibar every day are other nice details of Payam... - This season, a cafe was opened in the garden of the hotel. Its name is @patio.mediterraneo You can meet your cold/hot drinks or your needs such as salads, sandwiches, appetizers and desserts from the Patio without leaving the hotel. 🏖 The distance to the nearest beach is only 50 meters, you can be at the beach in 1 minute after leaving the hotel. ✨ April and May prices start from 80 euros. The room and bathroom are above the standards of Kaş center hotels in terms of square meters and equipment. The location is good, within walking distance. They help with parking. Cleanliness is good, the staff is attentive and the large number of women makes us happy. Breakfast is an open buffet with Covid19 standards and the staff serves it. It is average but does not make you unhappy. The price / service - satisfaction balance is good. *We only commented on the sea view - deluxe room we stayed in. Thanks again for the recommendation🙏

It was our first stay in Kaş and the friendly welcome in the lobby was very nice. It is a completely customer-friendly hotel, so you can trust what they will recommend. They suggested a Kekova tour during our stay. The tour they suggested was very good. They made an agreement with Leymona beach, Leymona beach only symbolically asks you to have something to drink without offending you. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Kaş square, but there is a hill, although it did not bother us, be aware. The air conditioning in the rooms works very well. The rooms are very spacious, the architectural touch in the lighting on the ceilings is nice. The bed selection is very successful, it will not make you sweat and a perfect bed has been chosen in terms of comfort and provides you with a perfect sleep, which is the most important thing for a hotel. The hotel's breakfast is an open buffet and the quality of the ingredients was very good. They can change the egg type you do not like that day according to your request. They bring your freshly squeezed orange juice with breakfast at no extra charge. The view of the garden where breakfast is served is also wonderful. If you want soda and Turkish Coffee at the hotel, they are free of charge. Have a nice holiday everyone :)

We have been in Antalya for about ten days and have had different hotel experiences during this time. Businesses have laid off many hotel employees during the pandemic. This situation returns to you as low service quality. While many hotels skip the breakfast with triangular cheese, tiny jam and butter packets at classic state guesthouse standards and avoid the expense of employing kitchen staff with the disposable method and explain this to you as a health precaution, Payam hotel does not compromise on a healthy, hygienic, high-quality and abundant open buffet breakfast. It received full marks from us in this sense. A variety of pastries and bagels, cakes, puff pastry sausages, menemen, quality cheese and olives, honey and jams greeted us every day for breakfast. Moreover, freshly squeezed orange juice and omelettes were free of charge. I have been staying in boutique hotels for years, and this is the first time I have encountered a breakfast with such a variety and quality products in a boutique hotel. As for their friendly service; They are so polite, so naive, so caring and sincere... Especially the Business Manager Ms. Işıl, Ms. Ebru, who fulfills all our needs with a smile and does not compromise on her elegance and kindness, and Mr. Hasan, who does his job devotedly, deserve a big applause. Cleanliness. As someone who is obsessed with hygiene, I would like to specifically point out this point: from the day we arrived, our rooms were cleaned regularly every day, and the hotel staff was always wearing masks and gloves. The availability of disinfectant in many areas within the hotel, the constant sterilization and ventilation of the rooms, and the careful application of the mask rule within the facility made us feel safe during the covid-19 days. The location is perfect in the center of Kaş, quiet and with a garden with a sea view... Long story short , Payam is our home in Kaş from now on... I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

We went to Kaş for the first time last summer. I can say that I fell in love, but the biggest factor was Payam Hotel. In my opinion, even having a water dispenser at the entrance of the building we are in was very well thought out. There are no words to describe his breakfast. It is the most important meal for me and it has won my heart. If we go to Kaş again, this will be the place we will stay again. I'm sure it would be much better if the pool was taken care of a little more.
