It has a very nice and large indoor and outdoor lobby. It has a very comfortable and spacious appearance. The rooms are very beautifully designed. It looks very comfortable. The employees are very attentive and very kind. The food is top notch. There is a direct exit to the ski slopes from this hotel. In this respect, it is extremely preferable.

I chose Sway hotel because it is newer than other mountain hotels in the region. I did it right. I couldn't take photos of the room, I didn't have the chance. But I added a few photos of the floors, I think you will get an idea. The pros and cons of the hotel, what I like and dislike are as follows: First of all, the hotel is a mountain hotel located on the foothills of Palandöken. In other words, winter popularity and opportunities in August are very different. However, when I visit Erzurum, I generally prefer mountain hotels to city hotels, even in summer. Mountain air feels good. Although oxygen is decreasing and my pickup is the one affected the most. I can't explain how the vehicle that was as agile as a hawk in my hometown, Arhavi, which is located on the coast 250-300 km away, starts to growl and become stupid in Erzurum. He also likes to live this city slowly. There is an open parking area at the entrance of the hotel and they have separated the vehicle areas by burying wooden logs in the ground. A ridiculous system seemed unnecessary to me. There is a large lobby area, a restaurant on the left, and a lobby, bar and terrace on the right. I didn't go there, but there is a pool and spa in the hotel.4. Our room, located on the first floor, had a magnificent city view. There is also a side with a view of Polat hotel. The room was quite large, clean and odorless. A large desk, an armchair that I thought could be a bed, and a coffee table were located very comfortably in the room. The cabinets were large and sufficient. The bathroom is large enough and useful. Let's come to the top of my accommodation criteria; - The shower glass is one of the semi-fixed ones 👎 (I don't like it when water splashes out) - The shower drain worked perfectly 👍 - Toilet paper was of good quality 👍 - Amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) were restocked, missing did not have. However, the shampoo and shower gel boxes are very hard and unusable, they do not flow. Unfortunately, the room walls are sound permeable. Because I am sensitive to sound, I always come across oxen. Fortunately, the reception took care of it. The lobby, located on the ground floor, is a pleasant environment with city views, comfortable chairs and food and beverage options. The only minus was that there was no table on the terrace. So, they opened 2-3 tables for service and they were already full. I think the prices in the lobby were appropriate for a 5⭐️ hotel. The breakfast was of course an open buffet, rich and satisfying. The air conditioning center in the rooms was not working. Even though it was cool outside at night, the room was quite warm. The wide open window couldn't stop me from sweating. Therefore, I did not have a quality sleep. In summary, I will choose Sway hotel again on my next trip and recommend it to you too.
