Places to see in Hatay

There are many historical buildings and natural beauties you should visit and see in Hatay, the meeting point of civilizations.

One of Hatay's firsts in the history of religions is the Habib-i Neccar Mosque, the first mosque built in Anatolia. Named after the apostles of Jesus Christ, the mosque is worth seeing for its architecture and mystical atmosphere.
The Asi River, born in Syria and flowing into the sea in our country's territory, is among the places worth seeing with its feature of being the only reverse river flowing from south to north.

You can see the Musa Tree in Hıdırbey Village. This plane tree, which is about 1000 years old, is under protection. The branches of the tree cover an area of approximately 1.5 acres.
