The hotel is very nice in terms of location and design. Jacuzzi room etc. was very clean. The employees are very friendly. I really liked the environment. But there are a few shortcomings. It definitely needs fixing. There is sound coming from other rooms. TV sound, conversation noise... Jacuzzi filling sound...And we may have gone on vacation but we need to run our business, Mobile reception is very low. Our room did not have wifi either. I think ours was room 212. I can't remember now. In short, it was the last room on the upper floor. When I asked for wifi, I got answers such as sound insulation, the walls are too thick, it doesn't receive wifi. However, with a wifi extender, you can get internet in every room. The side of the room closest to the restaurant also receives wifi in a very small area, but if I turn left or right, it goes away immediately. If the wall thickness is high, internet sharing can be done in every room by placing a wifi extender. The songs playing in the restaurant section are a bit disturbing, perhaps because they are a little loud. The food was very good, just a little expensive. Lamb chops were soo good. Normally I would never eat it because it smelled, but here it was so good that I ate it two days in a row. Kunefe is legendary. I think the cream put on top is natural and gives it a different taste. By the way, we left the hotel early. It was necessary. The room and the bed were very comfortable and soft, but for some reason we couldn't get comfortable. I can say we woke up 10 times during the night. We couldn't sleep very well, I think the room is related to us. It was our preferred hotel in autumn. The rooms are very nicely designed, they have a jacuzzi and fireplace. Mini bar is free. We were also pleased with the cleanliness. The view from the rooms overlooks the forest area at the back. 15 minutes away from Abant Lake. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. We especially loved the eggs with sausage. It may be the choice of those looking for a romantic hotel.
