Overall, I was not satisfied with the hotel;
- I think boutique hotels should not have butter, etc. in small packages for breakfast.
- I prefer open buffet breakfast instead of a plated breakfast in a boutique hotel.
- Since it was a double reservation, there should have been two pairs of slippers
- Bathrobes should have been hygienic and kept ready in an unopened bag.
- It would be nice if the unused bed in the room was at least covered with a clean cover
- It would be nice to have shampoo etc. available in the rooms despite shared use.
- Since the hotel is an old building, it would be nice to be reminded that the toilet and bathroom are shared use, as well as the care taken in making the down payment by credit card.
- It would be nice to have the invoice issued after the payment is made.
