It is beautiful in summer and beautiful in winter. Plenty of oxygen. Forest nature soil. There is a camping area. Tent can be set up. It has social opportunities. Sink, w.c, mosque, eating and drinking etc. Cool plateau air in summer. Snow and nature landscape in winter. I can say that it is a perfect place for those who want to spend a peaceful, quiet and recharged weekend. The road is very easy to navigate. Between Andırın and Kahramanmaraş. The highway is comfortable and asphalt. Parking is not a problem. The area is wide. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Go see.

The facility has everything you are looking for. There are restaurants, daily rental houses and tents. You can barbecue yourself in the picnic area with special places. This place, which is a wonder of nature, even has sinks and drinking water fountains. But when you go, take warm clothes, if you are going to stay at night, it is very cold. You can go to the top and swim in the fog. It is also nice to stay. You can also set up a camping tent and stay overnight. As for security, there are security guards on shift even at night. The entire area is closed with a wire fence and no entry or exit from the outside or wild animals can enter. The smell of the trees is wonderful and the breakfast is natural. I also recommend it further.

Those who expect 3-5 stars may be disappointed, but it is a great place for those looking for a plateau environment... It is the first holiday place I went to with my family and I can go again at the first opportunity... There may be emergencies. 3- There are no sockets in the rooms. 4- There are no mirrors in the rooms. It will be much better if these are fixed. It is an incredible place where I had the opportunity to stay for two days, with its nature and atmosphere, like a completely different paradise, peace, tranquility and more. We stayed for the weekend on 29-30 May 2021. It has incredibly beautiful nature. There is a very large area for walking around. You are saturated with oxygen. The surrounding area is very clean. Unfortunately, when you move a little further away, for example on the Sersem Plateau, it is possible to see a lot of people's garbage. As for the accommodation, we stayed in Ardıç 2. The house is small but it was enough for us. On the other hand, we realized badly in the evening that we had to share the houses designed as detached houses with the staff. The staff were staying in the lower parts of the houses, which we thought were reserved for storing extra belongings. Unfortunately, since there was no sound insulation, we could not sleep because of the noise below. Even though we complained twice, especially on the last night, the noise continued with great disrespect. The security personnel said, "I have warned them many times, but they do not listen." We made the last complaint at 02:00 at night, but the noise of the staff below did not stop and we suffered, we had to set off early in the morning without sleep. Apart from being disturbing, this situation is not only not suitable for the privacy of the houses offered to the guests as independent houses, but also a misleading and unfair guidance. Additionally, on the second day, after the guests staying in the opposite house left, it was observed that people we thought were staff stayed in the evening. I have never come across a business where staff stay in the accommodation area before. I do not think this situation is ethically appropriate. In addition, we were disappointed with the breakfast. Tea service, which was offered to special guests in glass cups, was served to us in paper cups. In the form of a standard breakfast, the same amount of products is served for two people and the same amount of products for four people. Especially the jam that came to us was grainless. In short, it was a sloppy breakfast. The server added a coat to the table. His clothing almost got caught in the food. The staff consists of young intern students throughout the facility and unfortunately there is a general problem. In my opinion, this situation does not suit a facility created in such a natural wonder. In addition, when it was written on the Instagram page of the above-mentioned criticized facility, the relevant person stated that this situation was due to the pandemic. When I added to my comment that I believe that such a facility approach is not right despite the pandemic, not the pandemic, funny statements were made that the people we are complaining about are not staff but students doing internships and that these students were given places because they did not have a place to stay. Finally, our comments were deleted and we were blocked on the Instagram page. I condemn the facility for such an unconstructive, disrespectful approach that thinks it will never host a guest again, and I do not recommend it to those considering accommodation.
