In place of an old house, we built a brand new Mediterranean style 4 room stone house, which we named as "Blue House" and repurposed as a boutique hotel. One of the rooms is dublex (which is quite suitable for partners who are in their honeymoon and want to submerge), it has its own terrace, and a small kitchen. The house can be reached by following one of Paspatur's famous stairs. The particular stair to follow in order to find the house, is the one with a series of small granite rocks on the s

tairs.

In Turkey, restoration art is improving even more so every single year. With that in mind, we created a unique beauty by combining architectural precision and decorative additions. A mesmerising view can be seen in every instant of the day.

As the sun goes down, the sky darkens and the panoramic view gets even more relaxing.

Every room is designed with an incredible elegance, thus making sure the customers have a cozy and refreshing holliday. As the owner of this property, we made sure that the details have the same quality as the rest of the house; because we believe that the perfection lies within details.

The downtown is in walking distance. At night, Fethiye's bay resembles an illuminated painting.

If requested, instead of a room of an hotel, it is also possible to rent the whole building as a 'house'.

Sea Me Beach and Help Beach, which are two of the most well-known beaches in the region, are 5 minutes away by car.

Not too further from those beaches, there is another place to must visit: Kayaköy. With its melancholic history and impactful sight of remainings, it gained an alias which we call 'The Ghost Town'.

There are also daily boat trips, that their harbour is very close to the Blue House.

Restaurants that serve fresh seafood are also in walking distance.

In summary, The Blue House is in the heart of Fethiye.

It's a dreamy place... One gets carried away by the magic of blue... As soon as you get off the Paspatur stairs, you're in the market. It's a 10-minute drive to the most special beaches. In the evening, you can dine at a fish restaurant or at a stylish restaurant overlooking the marina. It's a peaceful, warm place... in love. I'm officially there ♥️ Thank you for the advice. We love small hotels. We are following you.

So far, I have made all my accommodations through Small Hotels and I never regretted it, until the Blue House Hotel... There was no one on duty at the hotel for 1.5 days, the tea/coffee glasses and cups were filled with ants, there was no water to drink, the coffee in the coffee machine was empty. It was dry, all our clothes were ruined due to the dust on the shelves in the room, not to mention the insects and spiders in the room... We called and expressed our complaints and asked for at least water, but no one came, the hotel owners welcome you on the first day and then they are nowhere to be seen... The location is incredibly bad, in a neighborhood. In the middle of nowhere, you can only park your car 10 minutes away. To reach the hotel, you have to pass through narrow streets with your suitcases in your hand, go up and down dozens of stairs and hills, and reach the hotel... It made me very sad to make such comments about a Hotel for the first time... In short, NEVER on the Small Hotels page. It's a very sloppy, bad and dirty business that shouldn't exist and doesn't suit the page. You're deceived by the photos but the ending is disappointing...

Our house, which we encounter step by step up the historical paspatur stairs, stands out with its cleanliness and sincerity. Considering the busyness of July and holidays, the traffic density in seaside towns is due to the density that the population cannot handle. Naturally, the problem of parking our vehicles is an unsolvable problem in all the holiday resorts along the coastline. Even solving the parking problem is a miraculous solution that we created with our own means to help you. In our home where we try to provide guesthouse service, we go beyond the logic of a guest house and make sure to keep small treats such as soda. We inform our guests that we will assist them with location, luggage, car parking, etc. through our communication messages in advance to welcome them. Regards...
