Turkbuku Guide
Türkbükü is located in Bodrum and is considered one of the most famous holiday destinations. With the merger of two towns named Gölköy and Türkbükü, Göktürkbükü emerged and has become one of the most popular places today. The biggest reason for this is that celebrities from both our country and foreign guests vacation or perform in Türkbükü. Many local and foreign investors have opened their tourist attractions here and dozens of famous beaches, cafes, restaurants and hotels have been established in Türkbükü. It can be described as an ideal place for those who want an extra holiday. Of course, there are many reasons why you should prefer Türkbükü. First of all, the sea is wonderful, very flat and clean. There are many differences between the previous Turkbuku and the current one. If you have been here 15-20 years or more ago, you will realize at first that it has changed a lot. The real Turkbuku, which starts after you pass through the village, no longer consists of one or two businesses as it used to be. The Evening Bazaar by the beach is one of the most attractive places and you can do a lot of sightseeing and shopping here. Şehmus Usta's is one of the busiest places to eat mussels and you can find many figures related to the history of Bodrum. There is another well-known place called Le Kabbak and we recommend you to check out their souvenirs. If you have time, you can spice up your holiday by visiting Gundogan and Yalikavak. Here you can find the most distinguished restaurants with delicious presentations of Turkish and international cuisine with their ravioli, mussels, seafood. Also, while you are in Turkbuku, do not neglect to do underwater diving and boat tours here.
