Cadde 75 Hotel

09 September 2021 We made a reservation to go on our wedding anniversary and sent a body cover of 600 TL. We were going to leave our 2-year-old child to his grandmother, but due to health problems, we had to take him too. I immediately called the hotel and explained the situation. They said they do not accept children under the age of 12, refunds are not usually given, but the accounting department said they would help once. I also stated that I would look at another hotel. The next day, I was called again and asked if you had made the payment to the new place I had arranged, let's accept the baby once. I told them that I had also paid the other party. Then we were told to suspend him, we cannot refund him, come back another time. There is a 1-week deposit policy and refunds are given. We were going to enter the hotel on September 10th anyway, and your room was empty, so it was an hourly situation. No service, no situation left in trouble. If you could accept the child, why did you make me look elsewhere is a different matter. So, it was a nice gift for our wedding anniversary. Thank you. May our hotel be a charity to you. In case there is a health-related situation or something goes wrong and you cannot go, I advise your customers to take such situations into consideration when making a reservation.

When we arrived at Cadde 75, which we chose as a family online, we were happy to see what a right decision we had made. It is a sparkling, peaceful hotel with its architecture, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the hotel owners and staff. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and especially the egg varieties served every morning. We would like to thank Mr. Lemi and Ms. Okşan for creating such a hotel and their efforts to maintain this peaceful environment, and we hope to be their guests again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Lemi for his determined attitude towards the behavior of a group that disrupted the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel during our stay at the hotel.

It is a hotel that I loved when I entered but was sad when I left. I left feeling very offended by the behavior of the owner Lemi. If you ask if you would choose it again, NEVER!

It is an extremely simple and tastefully furnished hotel. However, the host is too strict, disciplined and sometimes even rude to befit such sophistication! (Except for his wife and Burcu). We loved Alaçatı, but I will never go to Cadde75 again. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I can easily recommend it to everyone; clean, warm and welcoming environment. I would like to thank the sincere hosts who did their best to please us.
