I don't even know where to begin... This property went beyond anything we could have ever expected. For starters, the views are breath-taking and the hotel is very romantic, but what really amazed us was how truly incredible the service is. Staff greets you by hand-shake, they make a true connection with you and you can see it's natural, not something imposed on them. Service is also quick and efficient. We had so much fun staying at Canaves because of the people there. The staff and also the guests. It's a place you never want to leave and I can't wait to go back. The food is really delicious and very well presented. I suggest doing a wine tour if you have time and also cruise to see the surrounding areas of the volcano. I can't wait to go back to Santorini and stay at Canaves again. I've been to many top hotels in the world but this is truly something exceptional. Thank you for looking after us so well.
