Dorukkaya Ski & Mountain Resort is one of the best hotels you can go to in Kartalkaya. The price is a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, but it is a very good choice in terms of both facilities and activities. Only recently, they switched from the All-inclusive concept to a Full Board plus style concept, without any major change in price.

My main criteria are friendly staff and food. I would especially like to comment on the food issue. Even though it was an open buffet, we were satisfied with everything we ate. Congratulations. We stayed in a standard room with our 2.5 year old son, a little small but sufficient. Skiing and slopes are very good, everyone is trying to help. A very enjoyable facility where everything has been considered for families with children...

Apart from the quality of food and staff, it's a complete fiasco. You are getting a lot of money, what kind of greed is removing the kettle in the room? We completed our holiday sleepless and nervous because of the constant noise heard from the room. We did not enjoy dinner despite the delicious food. Crammed tables and a noisy environment, it is not possible to have a conversation. I'm not even going into the wasteful ski rental costs, you take a break by the ski slope, tea is 35 lira, salep 70, soup 90, lahmacun 90, Adana 230... it doesn't end there, +18% service fee.

We checked into the hotel today. The location is great, chains are a must for the last 10 km of the road. Valet and bellboys are waiting at the door of the hotel to greet you. We settled into our room number 306 and started our holiday immediately. The hotel is very warm, clean, hygienic, the staff is attentive, the food is fresh, delicious, the music and entertainment are nice. The tracks are wonderful, there is heavy snow, the view is incredible. There is a decent and quiet environment. I will continue my comments, that's it for now. It's bad that there is only one socket in the rooms on the second day, you cannot charge two phones at the same time. Take three sockets with you.
