The hotel staff was very friendly and interested. Especially Ms. Gözde and Ms. Cansu from customer relations were very helpful in organizing our holiday and Ms. Saliha, the mini club teacher, was very helpful in spending time with the children.

The hotel food was delicious, the rooms were cleaned daily. It can be preferred again in the next Sarıkamış holiday.

The hotel in Sarıkamış district of Kars, one of the leading cities of winter tourism with the longest ski slope in Turkey, turns the passion for skiing into a feast with the privilege of crystal snow, which is rarely seen in the world.

There are 9 pistes, the length of the pistes is 25 km. 2 pistes extend from the summit to Karanlıkdere, 5 pistes extend from the summit to the 1st Stage, and 2 pistes extend from the summit to the hotel. There are 3 chairlifts.

There is a beginner track, 1 easy track, 3 medium tracks, 3 difficult tracks. The perimeter length of the Cross Country Track is 50 km. 5 km of it is registered by the International Cross Country Federation.

Skipass is chargeable. For stays of 3 nights or more, skipass is provided free of charge.

For stays of minimum 3 nights or more, prices include Kars Airport-hotel and hotel-Kars Airport transfers. In order for the guest to benefit from the free transfer, the guest must notify the hotel's reservation department of the flight details up to 48 hours in advance.

In accordance with the decision to be implemented in the 2022-2023 ski season, skiers and snowboarders must wear helmets for the safety of all guests at the chairlift facilities of Sarıkamış Ski Resort. Those who do not wear helmets will not be allowed into the mechanical facilities within the scope of security measures.

Bayraktepe Mevkii is in Sarıkamış. It is 4 km to Sarıkamış City Center, 60 km to Kars and 170 km to Erzurum Airport. It is on the Erzurum-Kars highway and has been in service for 12 months since 2005.
