Gazebo Hotel, Sivrice

Upon recommendation, we went to this hotel's restaurant for a family celebration dinner. However, we saw that the restaurant was a place that had no features other than its view. In addition to offering a single wine on their wine menu, they are also trying to sell you wine for 250 lira, which you can drink for 50 lira, without any special features. Considering that you will eat much better food if you go to a random restaurant in Sivrice Bay, I recommend you not to visit at all. You can find a much better one two steps ahead. I never recommend the restaurant part.

Our guests arrived on the evening of September 4, 2021, and by a bad coincidence, there were renovations or similar obstacles in the places of our familiar manager friends. We started looking for a place that was suitable, comfortable and that our guests would be satisfied with. My wife Emine had seen Gazebo restaurant before. That's why it came to our minds, we communicated, we talked. We were going, but honestly, we were nervous. Because we were going to a new place that we had never been to before and about which we had no knowledge. They just said they were "assertive". Embarrassing the guests would have been a sad outcome. Fortunately, we were not embarrassed and left happy after a good dinner. Their restaurant has a wonderful view but also an isolated and quiet location. A stylish and sophisticated environment. Food and appetizer quality meets expectations. The music has been chosen very meticulously. It did not give us any unpleasant surprises regarding the bill we paid. The night remained a good memory for us with its pleasant sound. With the wind and the slightly shivering evening coolness... We hope they will continue on their way in the same way and by improving. We stayed between 15-17 July. We were very pleased. ❤️ It is a very clean, beautifully designed, hospitable family business. Both Ms. Cavidan and her son-in-law Evren made us feel like we were staying with a family friend. The beach is very calm and very clean. A magnificent bay. The food both at the beach and at the restaurant is very delicious (we recommend wraps, pasta, hamburgers😍) their breakfast is served as spreads, they have a different hot dish every morning, sometimes it's bagel, sometimes it's pastry, sometimes it's 🥞 pancake😍 its jams are homemade, cheeses and olives, Evren Bey's special selection is peaceful. It was a pleasant and delicious discovery for us and we recommend it to everyone.
