Assos is a small village located in the northwestern part of Turkey, in the province of Canakkale. Here are the directions to Assos:
By Car: If you are driving from Istanbul, take the E80 highway towards Canakkale. From Canakkale, take the D550 road towards Ayvacik. Assos is located about 25 kilometers south of Ayvacik, and the drive takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you are driving from Izmir, take the D550 road towards Ayvacik, and then follow the signs to Assos.
By Bus: You can take a bus from Istanbul or Izmir to Ayvacik. From Ayvacik, take a dolmus (minibus) to Assos. The dolmus ride takes about 20 minutes and runs regularly throughout the day.
By Ferry: You can take a ferry from the island of Lesbos in Greece to Ayvalik in Turkey. From Ayvalik, take a bus or a taxi to Assos. The ferry ride takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the bus or taxi ride takes about 2 hours.
