Faralya Kabak is a small village located in the Lycian region of Turkey. The village is situated on the coast and is known for its beautiful scenery, secluded beaches, and hiking trails. To get to Faralya Kabak, you can follow these steps:
By bus: From the city of Fethiye, you can take a bus to the village of Oludeniz. From there, you can take a dolmuş (minibus) to Faralya Kabak. Buses and dolmuşes run frequently and the journey takes about 30 minutes.
By car: If you have a rental car, you can drive to Faralya Kabak from Fethiye. The drive takes about 1 hour. The road is winding but it offers a beautiful view of the coastline.
By boat: There are boat trips from Oludeniz and Fethiye to Faralya Kabak. This is the best way to see the beautiful coastline and to reach Kabak beaches.
By foot: Faralya is also a part of the Lycian way, a long-distance trail that stretches for 500 km along the coast of Lycia. It is possible to walk from Fethiye to Faralya Kabak via the Lycian way trail, but this is a challenging hike that takes several days and requires a good level of fitness.
Please note that the schedule of the bus and the dolmuş may change depending on the season and the pandemics. It's best to check the schedule in advance, and also to take note that some roads in the village are not paved, and may be rough, so a car with high ground clearance could be ideal.
