By car: The most direct way to get to Karaburun from Izmir is by car. Take the Izmir-Cesme highway (O-32) northwest towards Cesme. After passing Cesme, continue on the highway until you reach the Karaburun turnoff. Follow the signs to Karaburun. The drive takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
By public transportation: You can also take public transportation from Izmir to Karaburun. First, take a bus from the Izmir Bus Terminal (also known as the "otogar") to Cesme. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. From Cesme, take a dolmus (a shared minibus) to Karaburun. The dolmus ride takes about 45 minutes.
