Dreams came true with the respectfully renovated 150 years old Greek house of Alaçatı as İNCİRLİEV, and brought a new excitement to the Poshor family.

Editor’s Note: In İNCİRLİEV, the day begins with legendary breakfast served al fresco from the open kitchen. The table sagged with best local produce of Agean region; the undoubted highlight is an ever-changing great selection of Father Osman's homemade, sun matured jams, more than 40 different kinds, most of the fruit hand picked by Osman. Some of them are more special than the others like rose, wild mulberry, kumkuwat, bergaumot, small mandarins, oranges, jujube, and wild lavender and so on …. So there is jam tasting rituel in Incirliev like wine tasting.
