Hobbit Houses - Hobbit Houses with Lake View Our Hobbit House houses are located on the road to Elbeyli village, 8 minutes from Iznik center. We currently have 4 active houses in the facility. Hobbit houses are 3+1 160 m2 in size and can accommodate 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen. There is underfloor heating and fireplace as heating. All the utensils you can cook in the kitchen are available. Alcohol glasses, pots, pans, plates, forks, knives, spoons, in short, you can find all the tools you are looking for. Thanks to the large-sized refrigerator, you can keep your food and drinks you will bring from outside in a cold way. If you are staying for a long time, you can use our washing machine and dishwasher. Each Hobbit house has its own private garden. Your garden also has a private parking lot for 1 car and a 1.50 cm deep pool. For summer days, sun loungers and umbrellas are ready for your use in the garden of each house. Waterfall House - An isolated villa with mountain views. Our 6-person Waterfall house is perfect for those who want to stay isolated. It will impress you at first sight with its unique architecture in the middle of olive trees in Turkey. Our 270 m2 3+1 duplex villa has 3 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. Thanks to the pool on the upper floor, you can swim and enjoy the nature by watching the sky in an isolated way. The fully equipped kitchen in the Waterfall house, which has its own private garden, has all kitchen utensils. In this way, you can easily make your food here that you will bring from outside. Of course, we did not forget your private barbecue. Stone House - Meet the most luxurious form of accommodation! 10 Person Capacity Our 470 m2 stone house villa can easily accommodate a family of 10 people or a group of friends. Since it is 5+2, there is a chance of accommodation for 5 couples. The front facade of our isolated house has a wonderful view of Lake Iznik. Our villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 children's rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 1 Olympic swimming pool, 2 fireplaces, barbecue area, indoor recreation area, green area, parking lot for 5 cars.
