While most of the employees we encountered fully complied with the Covid-19 measures, some were pretending to comply. However, all of the employees we saw were careful to do their jobs well. I must say separately that Mr. Derman is literally everything in the hotel. Even if you call an official, he comes, even if you call a shuttle, he comes, even if there is a problem at breakfast, he comes. The hotel did not have any building arrangements for disabled people and families with children. There is neither ramp nor elevator. I think at least a disabled ramp should have been built. The parking area should be made wider, otherwise people start parking in front of the rooms. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Located in a valley going down to Palamutbuku beach, the size of the hotel's rooms, each with its own garden, the interior design and the garden area overlooking the valley enabled us to have a comfortable stay. Although the hotel is completely full at this time, you can be completely isolated thanks to the design of the complex. In addition, the extremely good breakfast, beach facilities and, above all, the approach of each of the employees deserve 10 out of 10. We would like to thank the whole team, especially Ms. Sinem.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in July 2020, upon the recommendation of a friend from Datça. Palamutbükü is a hotel that impresses with its architecture consisting of 2-storey stone houses, built on the slope of the mountain, 2.6 km away from the coast. This hotel, which was built with great care in terms of decoration and architecture, gave us the impression as if it had been abandoned and left unattended by the managers. It is obvious that the staff working both at the reception and at the breakfast service are well-intentioned but inexperienced. There is a high probability that they are university students who work periodically. The rooms are clean, but the staff who came to clean the room forgot to take the dirty glass and did not put a clean glass. When we called the reception and requested it, it came immediately, of course. The inexperience I mentioned covers such small issues. Otherwise, everyone tries to help in a friendly and polite way. There is an incredible wind in the morning and evening hours and the weather gets very cold. When you return to the hotel at night, you have to park the car in the parking lot at the top of the hotel and walk back downhill to your room. The lighting is extremely low and this is why it is a spooky experience at the top of the mountain. There is a beautiful pool in the breakfast area overlooking the hillside. Even though no one prefers to use this pool while the Palamutbükü sea is standing, there is a beautiful view. If you are staying in one of the houses at the bottom, you have to risk going up and down this rather steep slope. Not suitable for strollers or disabled people. The biggest advantage of the hotel during the pandemic period is that it has its own beach and no one from outside is allowed here. Unlike the crowded beaches of Palamutbükü, you can swim a little more comfortably here. Dinner is not included in the accommodation fee. You can also try other restaurants where you can eat in Palamutbükü. If you don't make a reservation, you will have difficulty finding a place, keep in mind. Finally, I hope the hotel owners read this comment and take care that such a beautiful hotel is run by experienced and attentive people, and that the hotel receives the attention it deserves and reaches the position it deserves.
