Being a big brand in small cities is not an easy task. It was the best accommodation I have experienced in recent times, with a great location within walking distance of all the places to visit in the city center, hygienic rooms, attentive reception, friendly staff, and a wonderful breakfast with local products. I congratulate the hotel management and its staff. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

The hotel can be said to be quite good compared to Karsa, but let me tell you this about its location, there are live music cafes around it, why do we use the hotel to sleep and rest well, but the music coming from these cafes disturbs people very much, it is recommended that those who choose to choose rooms that do not face the cafes should at least choose rooms that do not face the cafes.

Both Ms. Joy in sales and her other teammates were very interested in us. I received very detailed and detailed answers to the questions I asked Ms. Neşe both in our WhatsApp correspondence and face to face when we visited. The hotel is very central, clean, small. It is a cute hotel as its name suggests. Our address in Kars is now clear. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to both couples and families with children. We walked to both restaurants and the Old town where the castle is located. Also, the rooms were warm, which was very important, especially in a season like -20 when we went, thank you again for everything.
