The building of the hotel is a stone Russian structure and it has been renovated into a small hotel following the restoration by the Güvensoy family.Each of the rooms of Kar’s Otel are named after the towns of Kars that have a special beauty of their won along with River Aras. The rooms are very nice and it is a spotlessly clean boutique hotel with a renovated interior in an old building. It has everything from coffee machine to tea. The breakfast is rich. Close to everywhere in the centre.
