Kaya Palazzo Ski & Mountain Resort

The hotel is clean and attentive. I already knew the hotel because it is a hotel I come to every year, but this year I had the opportunity to meet and take lessons with Torun Hoca. He is truly the best teacher of Kartalkaya, as someone who comes every year, I can say that he is very different from other teachers, he teaches fast, practical, visionary and in detail. I first took lessons from Atilla teacher, I was not satisfied at all, unfortunately :( To enjoy the holiday, you need to study with a good teacher, otherwise it is a waste of time and money.

If I could give more stars, I would. We stayed with my brother between 09 January 2022 and 13 January 2022. We have stayed in Turkey's ski areas before. But we went to Kartalkaya for the first time. As soon as we entered the hotel door, Ms. Rabia and Ms. Özlem from customer relations welcomed us. We would go back again just for their sincerity, sincerity and beautiful conversations. The hotel is extremely hot. We asked them and they immediately directed the technical team and we turned off the heating in our room. It is impossible to feel cold in the hotel. All staff of the hotel are extremely friendly, helpful, caring and most importantly, problem-solving oriented. The ladies who cleaned our rooms were extremely fast. You come down to breakfast. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy. There's a nice smell as soon as you open the door. If you have any requests, they are at your service twenty-four hours a day. Let me put it this way, they left a new toothbrush every day. They are truly incredible. The variety and quality of food is so good. The appetizer bar and dessert bar are incredible. Chef Ismail took great care of me and my brother at every meal. I'm not exaggerating, he put the food on our plates himself and accompanied us to our table. When we finished our meal he came and asked how we liked it. If we said something, the next day he said he corrected what we said. Endless thanks to the entire team in the ski rental department. Endless thanks to photographer friends. They are incredibly helpful in every aspect, regardless of weather or cold. From the moment you enter the hotel door, every staff treats you with respect and smiling face. I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Rabia and Ms. Özlem again. You made our holiday unique.
