Kipi Suites luxury guesthouse is an exclusive eight-room hotel in Zagoria, NW Greece, offering an authentic hospitality experience to its valued guests by providing high quality infrastructure and aesthetics as well as personalized friendly service. Situated in a privileged location overlooking the traditional village of Kipi, while it is easily accessed, Kipi Suites its guests seclusion and quietness. The only sounds you can hear are those of the birds and the waters of Bayiotiko river flowing. The complex is comprised of five traditional buildings (two of them dating from 1848) unifying the traditional outside with modern interiors and creating a small neighborhood that blends harmonically with the rest of the village. The outside areas provide for exclusive porches to most suites and ample sitting areas for the guests and visitors of the hotel, with magnificent views to Kipi traditional village, the green valley below, Mitsikeli mountain ridge, Bayiotiko river and the two arch stone bridge of Milos. Kipi Suites has eight different suites named after the surrounding villages of Central Zagori, all with fireplace (some suites have two!), each one having a separate entrance and most a private porch or a balcony, all with clear and unobstructed views to the mountains.The furniture is custom made and contributes, along with designers’ items and hidden lightings, to a modern and minimal result. Special attention has been given to the breakfast as far as it concerns both the variety and the quality – fresh local ingredients, home-made bread, sweets, pies, marmalades, even yogurt is produced in-house. In the hotel’s restaurant “Kipi Bites”, besides breakfast, light snacks and meals are served throughout the day on a prior notice, either inside or in the outside porch enjoying the view when the weather permits. “Kipi Lounge” bar is a unique place for relaxation, for both guests and outside visitors, offering a wide selection of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks and Greek wines in a relaxing environment. The perfect place to sit and relax, either to read a book from the hotel library or just discuss the adventures and surprises of the day, while listening to the music and watching the fireplace.
