I have used the small hotels website many times, and this is the first time I have been very disappointed. It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in my life. In fact, I think it would be rude to call this secluded place a hotel. It is a terrible place disguised as a guesthouse and has nothing to do with hygiene, customer relations and satisfaction. The rooms are dirty, you feel reluctant to step into the bathroom or toilet, the taps of the so-called renovated rooms are moving, the toilet is literally in the middle of the room, there is only a glass in front of it, and you have to meet your toilet and shower needs right in the middle. I don't even care about the cleanliness of the toilets. We didn't know how to escape and we didn't even have breakfast. Go easy and don't ruin your holiday. I've never understood how he got advice as a small hotel.
