In Marmaris Selimiye, we went to Losta (@lostasahilevevi and @lostasahilevirestaurant), a quiet, tree-lined beach shore.

Of course, with all her meticulousness and legendary elegance, Ms. Mehtap has - in our opinion - succeeded in creating an exemplary hotel and restaurant in Selimiye.

After a short chat, it's time to choose our dishes. We tried Aegean yogurt prepared by hand, a rich selection of cold olive oil appetizers, fava, stuffed zucchini blossoms, shrimp stew in butter, octopus and stuffed mussels. The fish is also from the boat. Should we eat haddock? The sea bass is unbearable. We couldn't resist either. A delicious grill. Thank you, Master!
