The delicately fragrant meals we enjoyed, the private garden suites with fireplaces we stayed in, the wine and whiskey tastings, chocolate workshops, and horseback riding lessons all added to the experience. Then, there were the long walks with the sheep, dogs, and cats keeping us company… We know that Manej is something you must experience rather than simply describe, but sometimes words are all we have to relive it. There’s a distinct magic here. In this atmosphere steeped in memories of times past, we felt an incomparable sense of joy. Our affinity for the timeless, free-spirited life of horses is long-standing, and there’s no better gift to add to your holiday than lessons at the riding club. Don’t miss out! On a side note: (Our regards to the kitchen staff, who grow medicinal herbs, vegetables, and fruits in the farm’s garden, harvesting them at just the right time and using them properly!
