I had booked a suite room, but due to a problem, they gave me a King room, but the jacuzzi in the room was not working, the water was cold, even though I warned, the water did not come to the veil, there was no remote control for the television, etc. The environment and view are great, but they failed in terms of service.

First of all, hello Maridin, we enjoyed staying at the hotel. We had the opportunity to stay with my wife for 2 days. The staff was very friendly (the young friend at the reception) and the young lady who helped at breakfast. All the employees were very sincere and sincere. My wife and I left very happy.
