In Izmir Sığacık, one of the most beautiful spots of the Aegean, I came with a suggestion that you cannot separate the sound of the sea from the sound of nature; @mayabistrohotelbeach If you want to get away from the crowds of the city, spend a few peaceful days in quiet and nature, and be a part of the most beautiful sunsets, you are at the right address. The single-storey bungalow houses, the beach reserved for guests, the pool you will enjoy to the fullest and the restaurant where you can get service at any time...I swear, this place promises much more than a vacation. The facility offers 25 bungalow rooms with balconies or gardens in Sığacık on the Izmir peninsula at the seafront, offering both weekly and monthly rentals to its visitors. The 28-27 m2 rooms are 2 minutes away from Akkum beach, the most beautiful bay of Sığacık. I think you will feel at home with its working corner, sweet and cozy garden to rest, and rooms with kitchen. At Maya Bistro, the dishes served using all local products will make you eat your fingers. Aside from the flavors coming out of the stone oven, the slow-cooked beef ribs are incredible! Supporting local producers, the menus change seasonally. You should know that everything that arrives on your plate is immaculate and the result of hand labor. The bar is for those who like to enjoy themselves. The facility, which is suitable for your pets, charges an extra 12 euros per night. Maya is an eco-friendly, sustainable tourism certified business. The sunrise starts from the top of the bungalows and the sunset ends with the sky in every shade of red right in front of you. Izmir airport is 60 km away. Places to visit? What is Maya Hill?

Maya Hill is located at the point where nature meets the sea, overlooking the peninsula and embraced by olive trees. The rooms in the bungalows surrounded by nature are quite rich in terms of view. The rooms have pool, sea and garden views. With its wide and spacious usage area, it is suitable for accommodation of up to 3 adults.

Can Maya bungalows be rented seasonally?

Our specially prepared, detached bungalow Maya Home within the borders of Maya; has a bedroom, kitchenette, study corner, bathroom, balcony and terrace. There is also a private garden surrounded by fences for your pet. Maya Home guests can benefit from the services of the hotel, beach and bistro to the extent of the facility's possibilities. We offer our guests healthy, local and fresh tastes all day long with the products grown in our organic garden.

How is heating provided in your boutique hotel?

Maya is the first boutique hotel with central heating in the Sığacık-Teos region. Our bungalow rooms have both central heating and air conditioning, and our Hill rooms have air conditioning.

Is an ID card required at entry?

On your arrival day, you can complete your transactions at the reception with your ID and reservation documents and receive your room, or you can quickly complete your transactions before your arrival with the 'Online Check-in' button on our website.

How can I use your car park?

Guests who want to use our free parking lot must comply with the rules set by our boutique hotel. Our boutique hotel is 1-2 km from Sığacık Marina and the first women's producer market, and 6-7 km from Seferihisar city center. You can reach us by minibuses that pass in front of our hotel every 10 minutes throughout the summer.

Can I stay with my pet in the same room at your boutique hotel?

Yes, our pet fees are 500 TL per night for your dog or cat. Food and water bowl, treats and bags are provided.

What are the conditions for staying with my pet?

In our boutique hotel, we can only accept your pets that are not classified as dangerous breeds, in limited numbers and for a fee, with advance reservation. In order for your pet to be accepted, it is a prerequisite that the vaccination card is up to date and the hygiene rules set by the hotel are accepted by the guest.

Can I enter common areas (pool, beach and restaurant) with my pet?

It is not appropriate for your pets to enter the common areas (pool and indoor area of our restaurant) due to hygiene rules. Our guests with pets can use the outdoor area of our restaurant.

Can I swim in the sea with my pet?

You can enter our own beach section at appropriate times, provided that you do not disturb our other guests.

Can we organize weddings, engagements, proms and special occasions?

Yes. Our boutique hotel is quite suitable for your various celebrations due to its location. Pricing is made according to the area selection and your special requests (menu, cocktails, etc.) if any. Where is Maya Bistro?

Maya Bistro is located at the tip of the Atlantis peninsula, at the end of the small houses and almost in the sea and on the rocks of the ancient city of Teos. Our restaurant, which is a pioneer of ‘Slow Food’, welcomes guests 12 months a year with its indoor section with underfloor heating and sea view, its pier and different outdoor sections including terraces.

What can we eat and drink at the Bistro?

Our bistro is a kitchen that provides quality service from breakfast to late hours of the night. Our primary goal is to offer you the natural products of the region directly from the producer. How do we achieve this? First of all, we grow all the products that can be grown with love in our organic garden from local seeds. We obtain our olive oil from our century-old wild olive trees by cold pressing in Beyler village and use this oil in our breakfast and meals. When our breakfast time is over, when it is close to 12 o'clock, we throw the woods we have pruned into our stone oven and prepare delicious pitas and pizzas over the burning fire. We bring the cocktails specially prepared by our bartenders to your feet by the sea. When the day turns to evening, we bring together the local wines of Gödence with our meats we procure from local livestock farms and our fresh fish we buy from the fish auction of Özbek Village at the first light of the morning. Imagine that all our flavors are accompanied by our endless sea view. Don't even think about it. Come now!

How is the sea? Is your beach a sandy beach?

We offer our guests alternative sea access options. Our guests who want to swim on a sandy beach and in a sea that gets deeper as you go can choose Maya Beach, our guests who want to swim on our sun terrace and pier, and in the deep sea can choose Maya Rocky.

Do you have water sports services in your boutique hotel?

Maya is known for its location at the tip of the peninsula and right on the sea. With the advantage of its location, it hosts motorized and non-motorized water sports. Don't forget to visit our Water Sports and Diving school with its expert and experienced instructors during your stay!

Where can I have fun later in the night?

Our Cave Disco, which belongs to our Atlantis holiday village, is located in a hidden bay, in a semi-cave shape and right on the sea. The bar hidden in the bay opens its doors to enjoyable nights with its DJ performances and special parties. You can find many types of local and foreign alcohol in our disco equipped with a sound and light system and taste special cocktails made only here. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle. Valuables must be kept in the free safe in the room. Our company ensures the safety of our guests who hand over their vehicle keys to our valets.
