I definitely say Cappadocia, museum hotel. A rare hotel in a dreamlike location that can be enjoyed especially in the off season. When the weather is hot, you can swim with the view of the fairy chimneys, or dive into the depths of romance in one of the rock-carved rooms - my favorite is the 'pigeon room'..
