Let us now reach out to the geography of the Kaz Mountains. This place makes us smell the salt and moss, our enthusiasm and dreaming mechanisms stop in this harbor, a relaxation and relaxation takes its place... These times of the season are also very suitable for spending time in a soul-opening and pleasant place, by a blazing fireplace! For this need, we go up to Nadas in the Mount Ida Mountains, a place that adds pleasure to our souls.
The word "up" is actually correct; because Nadas is designed like a large terrace, with its back to the mountains and its face to the sea. Opposite are the embroidered bays of the North Aegean! This is a place that carries the past into the present and seals the taste of Mount Ida, which exists in the future! Or like the embodied equivalent of the words "naive" and "calm"...
In our suite 'Nadas X' with cut stone walls and a large balcony, we are in a deep composition. The paintings, ornaments, pleasant colors and details sculpted from paint on the walls are very impressive. So we are comfortable in our room. Everything is soft and restrained. Of course, candlelight and the Kaz Mountains have a share in this softness! Also, the abundance of flowers is very interesting, the "nature" does not stay in the rooms, but surrounds the whole Nadas with real cypress trees.
At a certain time in the evening - we had spent the day in the nearby village of Tahtakuşlar and set the sun there, with the moon rising over the opposite hills - we sat down to a table that left pleasant memories for a long time: Caprese, beet carpaccio, warm herbs with ginger and turmeric sea beans, sea bass tapenade and for dessert, pears poached in red wine. By the way, let's open a parenthesis about music. If you are a jazz fan like us, we highly recommend that you do not miss the announcements of music and art events. Apart from the nearby Tahtakuşlar Village, the places we especially recommend you to spare some time for: Şahindere Canyon, Antandros Ancient City, Troy Museum, Adatepe, Hasanboğuldu and Stone Bridge.
