Navalia Hotel

The hotel is located 3-4 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot from the center of Foça, right behind Karakum Beach, that is, right by the sea. I think it is a boutique hotel with around 12 rooms and each room has a sea view. The size of the rooms is not bad, the decoration is nice and comfortable (maybe they can improve it with minor renovations in the near future). It is great to sit on the balcony and watch the view. The breakfast is seriously rich, you may not even have room to eat some of the varieties, but it is delicious. The staff and service are extremely good. In general, it may be the best boutique hotel around Foça; I recommend it. The only negative thing I can say is not related to the hotel, but I think it should be known: as a disadvantage as well as an advantage of its location, the voices of young people who hang out at Karakum Beach at night can come to the rooms until late hours, and sometimes these voices can be disturbing.

The cleanliness, interior design of the building-room-bathroom and the quality of the furniture are excellent. Unlike the mediocre breakfast served in the majority of bed and breakfast hotels, a rich, delicious and satisfying breakfast is served. Beyond all this, the hotel has a great location; It is quiet, calm, right by the sea and all rooms of the hotel have sea views; Not to mention the pleasant weather of Foça. The hotel's own garden (seating sets/sun loungers) is ideal for spending time, and you also have the opportunity to benefit from the municipal beach facility free of charge. The staff and hotel owner Eyüp Bey and his wife are also very attentive to their guests. You will say: Does the hotel have any shortcomings? There is: Clothesline/rope :) If they provide a solution for this issue on the balconies, the satisfaction rate will increase from 99.9% to 100% :) We were so pleased that the biggest deficiency of the hotel is the clothesline/wire; Just go ahead and think about the rest :) We hope that the business approach continues without any deterioration.

The location, the sea view, is very nice. The balcony is for two people. The breakfast is insufficient for a boutique hotel. Since it is in front of the public beach, noise can be heard in the evenings. The sea is a bit cloudy. It does not deepen immediately. Unfortunately, I did not like the sea very much. Of course, I am saying this for September, I do not know at other times. The service and staff helpful and friendly.
