The location of the hotel is very good. Since it is newly built, everything is sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The ski room and cafe management is very good. Everything in the upstairs cafe was great and the smiling faces were incredible. The view is also amazing. We all left the hotel very happy. We will never go back next year. I would not consider any other hotel. Endless thanks to all hotel staff, general manager Osman Akkuş and Hakan Tabaku.

The staff is friendly and helpful, an important approach, but the corporate identity has not been gained yet, the sound insulation of the hotel is a disaster, it is as if the next room and the upper room are staying with you, and do not even approach the standard room with a child or a 3rd person, only the bed and 2 people can fit, you cannot even return. As for the pandemic. If you are sensitive, I do not recommend you to go to the mountain for a holiday. Unfortunately, every business acts with commercial concerns. Inspection is a tea and coffee break for the gendarmerie teams, but they only intervene in places where it is said that this is not possible. The entrance of the track is crowded and it is frequented by daily visitors. Anyway, Uludag is a popular mountain resort. It is not very careful, so there is no wrong choice for those who only like skiing, I like crowds, it is suitable if you want to make a market for everyone and get together with the snow for a while.
