Emin Bey and his family, the owner of Palace Hotel Olive Odore, offer comfort, luxury and convenience among the olive trees on the slope of the sea in Asos, at the foot of the Mount Ida Mountains, in every area and especially in the rooms.
👨🌾 When I step into the facility, I can't wait to feel the freshness of the air in the lush green garden and enjoy the pool surrounded by nature.
With a total of 36 rooms ranging from 25-50 m2, the facility reflects the care of a boutique hotel in every room, and the suites with fireplace as well as the terraced room with sea view are very popular. In the winter season, very special local wines from the wine cellar accompany your pleasure in front of the crackling fireplace fire, while in the summer season, sunsets with views of Lesbos accompany your evening. Honeymooners should book this place, especially the room with sea view terrace. 😉
The benefits of the hotel's beachfront location are so many. Its own jetty is a bonus! The delicious Aegean flavors made with its own olive oil and rich seafood are served in its restaurants with sea view.
🍳 I start the day with a feast for the eyes with the open buffet breakfast. It is a feast for both the eyes and the stomach. Not to mention the pies, pastries and cakes... I swear, weight gain is guaranteed.

First of all, Olive Odore with its a la carte menu with a focus on World and Aegean cuisine. For those who are looking for different alternatives, I recommend Yengeç Restaurant, Gulet (seafood), Kısık Restaurant in the Kaz Mountains, Bağlarbaşı Restaurant, (meat products), and Alp Balık Evi as a non-alcoholic restaurant.
Places to visit;
Ayvalık, Asos, Kadırga, Yeşilyurt and Adatepe villages.
What should we do?
Jeep safari or trekking in the Mount Ida mountains.
In Assos, the fresh air coming from Mount Ida should penetrate your lungs and you should keep up with the unique splendor of nature 👐🌸
I recommend @oliveodore for those who love to see blue and green together, who want to fit all the blessings of nature into their vacation, and who are looking for a more peace-oriented vacation.
