Places to Eat in Erzurum

Koç Cağ Kebab: You should eat Erzurum's most famous cağ kebab here. Cooked in a wood fire, crispy on top and soft inside, the cağ kebab is truly legendary. I had a great experience with fresh bread, yogurt and hot pate. I highly recommend it.
Dönerci Hacı Baba: Erzurum doner with basil and quite delicious. When I had doner in lavash with delicious yogurt at Hacı Baba, I never thought it could be so delicious. With a glass of ayran on top, it was the perfect meal.
Kadayıfçı Muammer Usta: This is the right place to try the stuffed kadayif, crispy on the outside, slightly syrupy on the inside and a masterpiece for dessert lovers. You should try Erzurum's famous dessert here, it really leaves a mark on the palate.
Paçacı Sülfettin Usta: If you love trotter soup, don't skip this place. Sipping that exquisite flavor of meat with plenty of bones is an experience unique to Erzurum. Moreover, the meat is so fresh that you enjoy a real soup.
Emir Sheikh Nedim Köftecisi: I had the most delicious shish meatballs here. The spices are just right and the meatballs are soft. Especially the delicious baklava that came with it crowned the meal. This flavor must be tried.
Erzurum Houses: I tried Erzurum's specialty ketesi here and it was really delicious! With its thin dough and filling, it is a flavor that goes well with breakfast. The atmosphere of the place is also very pleasant, you can have your breakfast in peace.

Şakir Usta Gel Gör Cağ Kebap: I tasted both the cağ kebab and the baklava with molasses. The cağ kebab was just the right consistency and the baklava was sweetened with molasses and the syrup was very light. It was a great combination to try both together.
Skillful Hands Restaurant: A great option for those looking for local dishes. I tried the yogurt dish with ciris herbs here and it was incredible. Getting lost in the natural flavors and herbs made for a healthy and filling meal.
Küre Restaurant: There is probably no other place in Erzurum that can make stuffed curd so delicious. The soft curd cheese is rolled up and topped with a small amount of yogurt, resulting in a wonderful flavor. Be sure to stop by to try it.
Zigana Et Mangal: A great place for foot trotter soup. The meat here was really good quality and the soup was just right and very nutritious. This place is ideal for a hot soup during the winter months.
