The hotel is a little outside the city and very close to the ski resort. There is a very warm and friendly entrance lobby. The rooms are extremely comfortable and luxuriously furnished. It is highly preferable in terms of price performance and comfort. The food is delicious. It is capable of turning Erzurum's winter days into summer.

In terms of location, you can go from the hotel to the city center in 10-15 minutes. The rooms were clean and the breakfast service was sufficient. Thanks to our housekeeper brother, he was very attentive and helpful. Wifi reception quality varied from region to region. There was one at the entrance of room 215, but it didn't seem to be in the middle of the room. Overall we left satisfied.

We stayed in March 2022. The majority of the hotel has been renovated and the renovation continues. The renovated restaurant and rooms are great. The food was good in the past, and the same performance still continues. The only thing I don't like is that due to the pandemic, you order the food and they serve it from behind the glass. This is a practice that will change over time. The pool inside the hotel is of average size, I did not use the gym next to it, but it was incredibly large and comprehensive. Turkish bath, sauna and steam bath were very clean. The chair lift is quite adequate and the track was great since it was snowing when we went. There was live music at Mangal Cafe overlooking the track in the evenings and the musicians were very successful. I think the prices of both the hotel and the extras are reasonable after the recent price hikes. Hot chocolate and mulled wine at the cafe on the hill are also fine. Finally, if you want to eat something other than hotel food, Masif Restaurant makes wonderful cağ kebab, I don't like it very much because it is undercooked, but this one was just right. I advise.

Hello, we stayed in your hotel for the first time as a family of 6 people between 10-13 February. We chose it upon recommendation. The welcome and service in general were very good. The food was very good and satisfying. Since the hotel was currently under renovation, we stayed in the old rooms on the 2nd floor, due to the price difference for the new rooms, furniture etc. it was worn out. The view from our room was great, overlooking the slopes. However, there was a lot of noise. Every night until the morning there was a loud, rhythmic sound like a door slamming, the reason for which we could not understand. Also, on the live music days of the cafe-bar section, it was impossible to sleep until 12 at night, the music seemed to be playing in our room. In a ski hotel, many people go to bed early and ski again in the morning. gets up early for. For this reason, sound insulation of such hotels, disco and bar type venues is very important and should be done. Or it should be in the basement, inaudibly. As for the chair lifts, they were very old, the chairs were torn and they were very heavy. As a person who has been skiing for years in many parts of Turkey, including Sarıkamış, and also in Europe, this situation needs to be corrected and made suitable for a hotel. In addition to all these, the hotel, as a ski hotel, is very adequate and enjoyable in terms of common areas such as the lobby and restaurant. It is also the only hotel with direct access to the Ejder area, you can easily reach it with its own lift. An important point for ski lovers. Thank you for everything.
