We loved Sarıkamış again and again thanks to this hotel. We congratulate the whole team, especially the hotel manager Veli Bey. It is a business focused on customer satisfaction, the food is very good, and I can say that the hotel was the most elegant hotel we have stayed in Kars so far. The spa and pool are very stylish, very clean. They built a baby lift for the slopes and the staff is very helpful. The ski room and staff were very good. We will never stay anywhere else in Sarıkamış from now on.
