The menu changes daily and offers traditional Greek recipes prepared using only local fresh and organic produce. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.

The large bright and fully renovated rooms are built according to traditional Sam architecture using stone wood and glass materials.

The hotel also has its own art gallery. The Art Gallery houses a large collection of small and large artworks by local artists and a gallery where you can buy small gifts and handmade items. The gallery also has two workshops for art classes:
