1. Ciha Castle: I went to see Ciha Castle, a few kilometers away from the center of Arhavi to explore this historical castle. Built by the Genoese in the 14th century, the castle is fascinating both for its history and natural beauty. The castle is surrounded by lush forests, and the view of Arhavi from the heights of the castle is a truly wonderful experience. I am sure you will be amazed by this view when you visit.
2. Mençuna Waterfall:When I saw Mençuna Waterfall, I felt as if I had stepped into another world. The waterfall falls from a height of 90 meters and when combined with the surrounding forest, a wonderful view of nature emerges. As you hike to reach the waterfall, you feel like you are in nature. That refreshing coolness, the peace of nature, becomes more enjoyable with every step.
3. Ortacalar Double Arch Bridge: When I visited this stone bridge, I really felt that time stopped. Built in the 18th century, this bridge is one of the most interesting structures of Arhavi. The stream passing under the bridge, which consists of two arches side by side, is really magnificent as a view. It was very enjoyable to take photos and cross the bridge. When every moment is filled with such a historical and natural atmosphere, it feels like traveling back in time.
