The hotel is located on the edge of a grove of laurel and lemon trees in #Sarıyer, on the shores of the magnificent #istanbulboğazı.
It has 43 luxurious rooms in total. The rooms have high, white wooden ceilings. Beds with brass headboards, some with marble bathrooms, all in soothing shades of pastel... Everywhere you look here, you see another elegant detail.
Breakfast is served as a spread on your table. We liked their presentation, it was very successful. Toasted bread, jams, cheeses...
The coffees are not alone, they come with delicious and fresh treats.
At the Defne Restaurant inside the hotel, Executive Chef Özgür Üstün has added completely natural and organic flavors to the menu with the Eat With Six Senses philosophy. Long live the healthy life experience.

One last note: In 1930, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk was a guest at this mansion and he famously said, "Seeing me does not necessarily mean seeing my face. It is enough if you understand and feel my ideas, my feelings..."...(#we remember with #respect and #mourning...)
