I cannot make any bad comments about the hotel rooms and location, but the restaurant staff and other staff were harassing. Such inexperience cannot be the result of not knowing what one is doing. With the hope that the management will work with a professional team...

The hotel is extremely clean, quiet and decent. Hotel management teaches many businesses about cleanliness and courtesy. On the second day of our 4-night stay, we had to return urgently due to the unpleasant news we received from Istanbul. We expected the full accommodation fee to be collected when we checked out, but we had already paid for 4 nights in advance upon check-in. Despite this, they stated that the part of the accommodation fee that we did not use would be refunded. It is not possible to find this courtesy and understanding in any business anywhere in the country, let alone Bodrum. We are still confused. If my destination is Bodrum, I will never look for a second hotel. There is something more important than money in this hotel, humanity.
