Hello, I usually choose hotels based on the recommendation of Kucukoteller and so far I have been satisfied with all of them. However, Tas Ada Hotel was a complete disappointment. The sun loungers are at the bottom of the pier, people put towels but they don't come all day, they said the tea would be brewed at 5 and it wasn't, the answer was never given. It is saddening and thought-provoking if a simple but important service such as serving fresh tea at all hours in a beach hotel cannot be provided and, most importantly, if consistent answers cannot be received from the employees. The WCs of the restaurant part are not clean, the area where they are located is like a laundry & hanging area, under the stairs. In my opinion, this hotel is a simple beachfront establishment and should not be on the list of small hotels. We are used to seeing small but attentive businesses on this site, unfortunately this hotel is not in this class.

Hello. We stayed at Tasada Boutique Hotel for 4 days and three nights. I recommend new guests to be very careful about their reservations. After your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation message. If you have not received your confirmation message, you must call the hotel and convey it. Since there is a communication gap between staff, be sure to meet with the same person. Although we confirmed our reservation on the phone, which we later extended for another night, we were rudely informed that our stay would start the next day and that we would not be able to stay at that hotel that night because there was no room at the hotel. After having to discuss this situation with the hotel owners for a while, they moved us to the staff room as a solution. While we were waiting for the room to be ready, no one informed us when the room would be ready. The next day we were placed in the magnificent room on the terrace floor where our original reservation was. When leaving the hotel, we paid only 100 TL difference, although there was a significant difference in the location, size and view of the two rooms. As reflected on the Instagram account, we confirmed this issue beforehand as we wanted to have a quiet holiday. They told us it would be a quiet stay. However, the very loud music of the beach club next door disturbs the peace you are looking for during your holiday. Additionally, it is not noticed that the pier allocated to the hotel is cleaned daily. Although the mistake in the reservation was theirs, we think that the hotel owners did not show us the courtesy they should have. Although the sea, breakfast and terrace rooms are magnificent, the word "boutique" for the hotel is exaggerated. Unfortunately, most of the hotel's owners and staff lack hospitality!
