We had an amazing stay here. The staff had prepared and arranged everything perfectly for us. When we arrived, they welcome us with warm greetings, complimentary drinks & snacks, and gave us a guiding tour to our favorite place here—the pool. the view from the pool is spectacular. If you have time, have dinner in the pool-side restaurant. It's going to be an excellent experience enjoying the sunset with panoramic view and good food.The hotel is not close to the port; but it is ok as they provide free shuttle service from the port to the hotel.We needed a scooter, and their staff made a number of calls and arranged one for us with a good rate.The staff here deserve a pay rise! All of them are patient, welcoming and treating us with their heart. Will come again :)

Everything is perfect. Beautiful rooms, centrally located, a very warm welcome, sumptuous breakfast, courteous staff and last but not the least surreal view of the old town. Reception desk and staff were very helpful in every aspect.
