Uğurlu Dükkan Rooms

I take a half-hour sea journey by ferry from Çanakkale/Geyikli and when I land I am in paradise: hello Bozcaada! On the island, the wind and the sea have sliced the bays and turned the beaches into a paradise where I can make any interpretation I want... The sea, the soaring island crows, the houses that seem to be attached to the hillsides with hooks behind them, the castle, the vineyards, the tiny streets and the islanders... I throw myself into my favorite place, Uğurlu Dükkan Rooms Bozcaada, to sip the wines of this land accompanied by the smell of the sea. Uğurlu Dükkan Rooms was born from the intense expressions of the similarity between grapes and people. A beautiful view of the island welcomes me here. Uğurlu Dükkan's aesthetically pleasing jacuzzi rooms are my favorite. This room is dominated by white and simplicity. Everything is the handiwork of Tuğba and Tolga... Breakfast... Uğurlu Dükkan's café is a very cute place located on the island street with delicious sandwiches, desserts (lotus cheesecake, lemon tart) and coffee beans. The sea... Despite the wind, it is possible to enjoy the sea with the wind. The first place I go when the lodos blow is Çayır. This bay is like a documentary without a narrator... Wine... The best place to drink white wine made from the highly flavored sergeant grape: Kasaba Bozcaada. You can drink all the island wines here, and don't forget to order a charcuterie plate! Sunset... Among the unique views that make me forget the world, Göztepe is the one that stays in my mind the most... Especially if it is a full moon, the sun sets on one side and the moon rises on the other! Food... Artichokes, sea beans, fava beans, purslane salad and mussels in the sand; these flavors that have stayed with me are selections from the menus of Yalova Restaurant and Vahit'in Yeri... Tuğba and Tolga have chosen to share their small number of rooms in Uğurlu Dükkan Rooms Bozcaada in the Turkish Quarter with a small number of people who will understand their philosophy of life. Their doors are also open to their guests who come with their pets. Island calendar... Soil is a different kind of fertility in Troy! "The Day of the Bard and Homeric Readings", a valuable tradition in Bozcaada, celebrates its 21st anniversary this year on August 6-7 at Salhane... Don't miss it...
