Uluhan Otel

My first time in Amasya. Uluhan Hotel left a very good impression on me. The staff is very polite and caring, they are all well-educated friends. They provide service very professionally. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom seems a little small, but it does the job. The breakfast is very successful. Their tea in the samovar is wonderful. The seating area is very nice. The only downside is, as stated in some other comments, the music next door may affect you. Of course, this is not due to the hotel itself.

The location is very nice, it was created with the restoration of an old mansion, and since the parking lot is limited, you have to deliver it to the valet. The welcome and attention are very good. The rooms are a little small, but there is everything necessary. The door handle of our room was broken. It was uncomfortable because the toilet seat was positioned high.

The hotel does not have parking. Customer satisfaction is zero. The rooms are small and small, the furniture is old. While checking in to the hotel, we crashed our car into the wall after the attendant directed us to help us while parking the car. They took no responsibility whatsoever. We wanted to meet the manager, but we could not. After this incident, we wanted to carry our belongings to our car and leave, but they did not even give us our deposit back because we entered the room. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
